It may be prudent to add runtime finalizers to the git.Repository and
git.blobReader objects to absolutely ensure that these are both properly
cancelled, cleaned and closed out.

This PR registers requests with the process manager and manages hierarchy within the processes.
Git repos are then associated with a context, (usually the request's context) - with sub commands using this context as their base context.

Following the merging of https://github.com/go-git/go-git/pull/330 we
can now add a setting to avoid go-git reading and caching large objects.
