An element with a present but empty `data-tooltip-content` will use the `title` attribute for its tippy.js tooltip content, so when JavaScript is enabled, this functions the same as the current behavior.	2024-01-15 09:42:59 +08:00

Use light/dark theme based on system preference (#17051 )

Add a new default theme `auto`, which will automatically switch between
`gitea` (light) and `arc-green` (dark) themes depending on the user's
operating system settings.
